About The Event

Jack Ruby's Barbecue Company presents Sauté Chef Rafael Roscoe for the a one of a kind culinary experience.  Attendees will receive a step by step demonstration on the preparation of Chef Roscoe's signature lemon chicken piccata with sautéd asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf. The focus will be educating attendees on the technique of sautéing. Following the demonstration, enjoy the prepared meal along with a dessert of lemon pound and an included drink of your choice.
