Jack Ruby's Barbecue Company presents Sauté Chef Rafael Roscoe for the a one of a kind culinary experience. Attendees will receive a step by step demonstration on the preparation of Chef Roscoe's signature blackened salmon with vodka sauce, smokey mac & cheese and collard greens. The focus will be educating attendees on the technique of sautéing. Following the demonstration, enjoy the prepared meal with a dessert of chocolate torte cake and an included drink of your choice. Feel free to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event for cocktails and networking.
